Mundelein Auditorium 600 Non-Electronic; 2 Wireless Handheld Microphones Reservable Through ITRS. Click Here Academic Space** Comes with a permanent stage that can only be modified/removed at the cost of the requestor (stage dimensions: 24' wide x 16' deep x 16" high). If stage arrangements need to be made, please contact Campus Reservations at least 2 weeks before your event. You may need up to 6 hours of setup time to accommodate these arrangements.

Kasbeer Hall can only accommodate rounds of up to 8 individuals. Please keep this in mind when scheduling events in this space.

**Campus Reservations cannot confirm requests for academic spaces until the third week of the semester. If you would like to request one of these spaces before that time, you will be placed on our Academic Waiting List to be processed during or slightly after the third week of the semester. If you are interested in reserving an academic space that appears blocked off for Finals Week in 25Live, you must contact Records and Registration directly with your inquiry (classscheduling@luc.edu).

***Please note, there is a $25/hour Campus Safety fee to utilize rooms in Lewis Towers after hours on Saturdays and Sundays. Lewis Towers is open Monday-Friday 8am-10pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, and is closed on Sundays.
